Ellen is a nurse with over 20 years experience. She is passionate about caring for children, adolescents and supporting families. She started her career in emergency and then moved on to community nursing where she spent 13 years caring for the refugee and asylum seeker population in the south east of Melbourne. 

Ellen has 3 beautiful energetic kids and has lived experience holding space for neuro diverse children. 

When she is not driving her kids between sporting commitments she enjoys walks, photography, being by the water and she loves to listen to a good Minecraft or fortnight monolog.
